Gastronomia | Beach Club - Barra Grande | BA Bar da Rô

Era corrido o ano de 2003 e na pequena casa da Bahia de Rosangela e Pedro era frequente ver turistas na sua porta contemplando a paz e a paisagem mágica que o rio Carapitangui oferecia.

Rô então se lembrou de servir umas cervejas que tinha comprado a mais aos sedentos visitantes que rapidamente se transformavam em amigos. Mas como uma cerveja nunca vem só, e além do papo, havia que alimentar o corpo, e dessa forma, Rô servia o que cozinhava no almoçø para Pedro aos agora amigos.

Com a mão tipica de uma baiana,e como se uma caricatura de uma personagem dos romances de Jorge Amado se tratasse, Rô encantava com a sua simpatia e a sua mão divina. No entanto esses viajantes voltavam e voltavam, e aos poucos, a janela da casa se foi transformando num lugar onde a magia dos sentidos acontecia...

Os tempos foram passando e a casa da Bahia foi se transformando naquilo que é hoje, um lugar despretencioso onde se valoriza os bons papos, a natureza, a vista , a paz da Bahia, e sobretudo os gostos e sabores.
